I've been planning to get back into flight simulation but was dismayed to find that the latest Steam client is a Chromium Embedded Framework that runs at all times (which I find great irony in considering Gabe Newell's famous "service problem" quote), so I used Claude to yak shave my way to a native Win32 frontend (and when I'm done tinkering with it, my Flight Sim). It's also (dubiously) portable.
This is the kind of personal task I think LLMs are the best at solving.
