If I work for someone else it's not my problem. I should point the problem out to them, but since it will hurt them first and foremost, it's no major concern of mine.
It's quite hard to rise above this stuff. The only time I was really able to do it was while contracting because I knew I would be gone in a short while. Even then I was usually fairly blunt about it.
