You simultaneously call it horrendous and also say it’s not a big deal. What is the point of this except to argue?

It's still horrendous, especially at the top end of the market. It reduced movement on the 500k house which trickles down to the 300k where it's an annoyance and then to 150k houses where it doesn't exist other than slowing the current 150k occupiers from moving to 300k, which itself is really treacled because of the move from 300k to 500k.

It's also a major obstacle in the south east, especially for first time buyers
