I do not benefit day to day from increased demand. That was the point.

The house is more desirable, evidenced from more people willing to spend more money in there. You benefit from the same things which make it desirable to other people.

And yet in 2 days of responding you’ve been unable to articulate how real homeowners benefit day to day from rising prices. My own home was in a highly desirable area long before I purchased it. I receive no clear benefits day to day from rising prices.

Merely insisting it’s true doesn’t make it so.
