They haven’t given you any reason to believe they are colluding illegally. In fact their use of the LLM suggests that they are not. You’re connecting this to known bad behavior of others based on no evidence.
I haven't found anything in parent's post about illegality, only low ethics. These two are often confused which is a pity.
