Linux Kernel Developers Plan to Remove "Assisted-By" Tag Requirement for AI/LLM

It makes sense honestly. It has no value IMO. I'm (for example) sick and tired of seeing `Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>` -- I just don't care. In a PR I want to see "Why" something was done. I don't want to see anything else.
