Stroke is becoming more common among younger adults

Wish this article had mentioned the prevalence of vape usage in that specific population vs amongst other generations where I almost never see anybody vaping.

Some related research on this: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8315328/#:~:text=E%...

"Significant positive results revealed a positive COVID-19 diagnosis was 5 times more likely among ever users of e-cigarettes (95% CI 1.82-13.96) and that dual users were 7 times more likely to have a positive COVID-19 diagnosis (95% CI: 1.98-24.55) [93]. This creates an ‘urgent call to action’ for health care providers to educate youth on the risks of smoking, vaping and COVID-19."

"Current e-cigarette use was highest among adults aged 18–24 (11.0%). The observed difference between men (11.6%) and women (10.3%) was not statistically significant."
