If you know what you are looking for, its still pretty tedious to sort the fakes from the real CVs. If you don't, its like picking a random number. I do think this is a big part of the problem currently. The idea that someone with a psychology degree is a good choice to do this is one of the most absurd things ever conceived by a human.
