Yes, but it will only make the K-shaped economy worse. Those who want to practice excellence will pull parsecs ahead, leaving the other 80, 90 percent in the dust.

You should not be punished for not having wild ambitions in life. Some people just want to live and raise a family, and why should they be blamed for it?

That's a bit of a straw man argument there. I'm actually in the "live and raise a family" group and if you believe this requires "no ambition" of any kind, I have to disagree with you at 100%.

I didn't say that - of course you can do both, but some people just want a simpler life without having to hustle in hopes of getting rich someday.
