No matter how do you view the russia's war in Ukraine and whether you think about this conflict at all, you can still agree that it is not a good sign when a particular CEO makes national-security-level decisions for three countries as he personally sees fit.
My guess is that this is a Trump -> Elon request to punish Ukraine for the energy attacks.
