Nothing to see here. Just a data center company that has borrowed a lot of money and it turns out they are highly unlikely to pay it back and the market is punishing them.

Surely it is not just them and also Oracle bonds are doing just great, just like how the AI data center build out is also doing great right?

Is anyone surprised by this? This was inevitable considering how they financed the build out.
