the person said that there were too many samey harnesses and they couldn't see why or which to choose and you thought you'd fix that by adding another to the pile?
My ability to force Anthropic or OpenAi to stop publishing their harnesses because there are too many is far less than my ability to suggest one which is not vendor-locked.
