Not OP, but the message has a curious mix of ASCII with non-ASCII characters, like the same apostrophe character is sometimes in ASCII, and sometimes not. There is even a rogue em-dash in there.
It is uncharacteristic of their other posts writing style and GPTZero does detect it as partially AI (I can't be bothered to sign in to Pangram).
Perhaps prompted by human. A real bot would have posted more often recently.
