I am using Amazon for 15+ years and I have nothing but the best to say about their customer support.

The issues with the monopoly are true, but in this instance I am happy to pay a bit more and not to be vulnerable to fake sites, dodgy sellers who do not replace an obviously bad product and the like

I bought a pack of cell batteries a while ago. They arrived after 2 months instead of a few days, have been the wrong kind, the packaging was really dirty and the cells didn't all work. Still took several weeks and like 5 emails to get my money back.

I couldn't imagine a worse customer support than this.

I want to shop on your version of Amazon
