PwnEscape: Guest-to-Host KVM Escape (CVE-2026-99999)

This completely disrupted Fly.io's platform[1] as they raced to address this, taking down and patching every host[2]. I'm surprised this didn't reach the HN frontpage given its novel and deep impact on the tech ecosystem.
