People have been saying that would happen for as long as Elon has led both companies at the same time. So not exactly a novel prediction.

They said the same thing about XAI too, and they were right.

They don't need a justification, they already hinted they're doing it and analysts predict the same, by end of year.

Yeah, true. It’s sad to see the Market forces being nothing more than a whimper on these massive untenable mergers.

I don't think it does either, but it's surely overvalued and have to sustain it's ridiculously high forward P/E. Hence the semi-regular news about FSD, TeslaCab, Optimus Bots, and now Flying cars. Seems it's working. It's always priced in with the "potential future".

i saw someone say it's a preparation for Tesla to be acquired by SpaceX to absorb the losses like the trick he pulled off with Xai and Grok

Would that be terrible for the investors?
