EU Defence Commissioner Kubilius: Pax Americana Is Over. ^

Very poor tertiary (at best) link to a reddit forum promoting Buying in the EU.

The core story is the EU Defence Commissioner speech. A better link would be:

EU Defence Commissioner Kubilius: Pax Americana is over. Our new security architecture will include Ukraine. These are times of profound transformation. A rising China and India will push the US to third place. And for Americans this may prove psychologically challenging

and I'm sure an ever better primary source link must exist, along with links to informed discussion of that speech.

At the moment it’s worse than this title suggests. The US has ceased being a guarantor of peace, preferring to be one that will end the peace.
