Why is allowing creation of a new culture, a mixture of multiple cultures, such a bad that thing?
Because all evidence points to mixing cultures resulting in (extremely) low trust societies.
I mean no offense but both the US and Europe's demographic 'issues' probably don't look very attractive from a Japanese perspective.
