The post is about exactly what the title says its about and also it is literally a link to a GitHub issue if you didn't want to read a big report and couldn't figure out that it was a bug report until "wasting your time" reading it and then a bunch of comments and then finally a comment saying hopefully openai will take it seriously idk what what to day

Well to be sure I posted it for the HN community to reflect on the operational readiness of production AI coded applications like Codex

Ie are they ready for primetime - if some app kills all the space on your HD just running it daily its a bad sign that any SaaS company would want to address
