Have you ever contacted their support? I'm thinking about switching to Hetzner.

Hetzner and other German companies are NOT known for their good service.

Hetzner support is terrible. Days waiting for a canned response that clearly shows they didn't read the ticket request at all.

Facebook/Apple/Amazon/Netflix/NewYorkTimes/Google/LocalGym/CloudFlare/Microsoft too

Sad. I actually have a storage box from Hetzner, let me open a test ticket to see how fast they react.
