How bad would it be if China banned anthropic and openAI?

Anthropic does not allow using their models in China.

Chinese people buy iphone, buy tesla, use Windows, travel with USA made airplane etc

US banned sales of high-end compute tech to China for years. Now when they actually catching up on production of their own SSDs, DRAM and compute silicon they no longer need US offers.
