Show HN: What the Harness? LLM agent inconsistencies in MCP implementation

We (Polytomic) noticed that LLM agents (Claude, Codex, Grok, Amp, etc) are inconsistent in their MCP implementations.

We made tables inspired by the browser-compatibility tables of yore that list the differences.
