While this might be true, I'd argue it's more than half a lie:

1. The SED couldn't have initiated anything since it doesn't exist anymore, but you know that.

2. Your wording implies that between 2016-2023 your implied parties only had a chance to initiate in the states you mentioned, but you selected both the states and the timeframe around the proceedings that they did initiate.

3. Your chosen timeframe also conveniently ignores the AfD's escalations over the last 2-3 years. There are a lot of people who were convinced of the need to ban the AfD explicitly because they started calling for removing people's citizenships (both of naturalized citizens and German-born ones) for populist non-reasons, which is overstepping our constitution.
