There are non stimulant ADHD meds like strattera (snri) that seem to work very well for people that issues with the stimulant type.

From personal experience: anorgasmia (? Absence of pleasure when ejaculating), brain zaps

My (~30yr old) stepson has been on it for most of a decade and has not had those issues (to my knowledge!).

I'm just glad there are different medicine paths that work for different people.
