Oil is better analogy imo. But not as catchy. Intelligence is apparently something that just falls out of math. So pumping it out of the ground and distributing it is not free but it is a commodity. Similar to oil it will take time to build out the infrastructure to utilize it.

That’s not a good analogy. Intelligence is not some fixed quantity like non renewable energy

idk what you mean, AI won't go anywhere. that's just the truth and its not a cliche. its like saying "water is wet" - no one contests it.
