Two types of people will benefit: 1. the genuine & naive who want to help but don't make much progress; 2. those who attended Harvard.

I do that never. So it will still be never :)

In short, it doesn't affect you. Even if you tried installing the app that enforces the changes on GrapheneOS, it wouldn't have the necessary privileges to do anything.

Your app ecosystem might decrease as developers who don't want to register lose interest and the number of users supporting open source projects decreases.
