There is nothing I dislike more than people using AI to generate tens of pages in text and then expect people to read them, when they did not read them themselves.
Well this is an actual effect. It is so easy now to generate presentations etc so as a consequence there are ten times as many that people seem to expect you to read. Productivity is higher but that which is produced sucks and is pointless. Actual value creation is harder than nice looking artifacts.
Normally productivity is measured in GDP per working hour, not powerpoint slide count.
Yes, my point is that when people say they are more productive, and that consists of more ppt slides, there is confusion and slop happening.
