If you don't know, China runs censorship program against radio signals beginning from the cold war time and it's not officially stopped yet: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radio_jamming_in_China. Of course it's not blocking ionosphere level, but not that different than chaffing the air (at the receiver side).
yeah... I don't hope for a doomsday scenario but I do think it would be neat to use these HAM-based internet tech or whatever. Funny how tech becomes obsolete too like same thing but faster/slower. I still mess around with almost 20 year old computers for fun.
