No, I just have to WATCH HIM DO IT TWICE! As to why he would do it I would assume drugs as Musk's behavior during that period was so weird and destructive it seems he was actually close to getting fired from Tesla.
As far as hating Musk it is actually Musk that is a very hateful man. Just look at how cruel he was when he fired all those people from Twitter and the federal government.
And even if it wasn't a Nazi salute, "all of the context that would suggest Elon is not, in fact, a Nazi sympathizer" is completely nonexistent ... does this bozo not know about Musk's massive enabling and megaphoning of antisemites and their talking points on Twitter (https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2023/nov/16/elon-musk... is just one of many examples) or his support of AfD? https://www.npr.org/2025/01/27/nx-s1-5276084/elon-musk-germa...

Wow, that's just patently false. Like I said, you literally have to set aside so much to really believe this stuff.
"It was astonishing how insanely hard legacy media tried to cancel me for saying 'my heart goes out to you' and moving my hand from my heart to the audience. In the end, this deception will just be another nail in the coffin of legacy media."

By equivocating a lack of moderation to being a Nazi, you're basically throwing every anarchist into the Nazi bucket. Also, anyone marching down the street shouting for the destruction of Israel.
This is, of course, NOT a denial that he gave a Nazi salute but is a typically blatant Musk lie -- no one tried to cancel him for moving his hand from his heart to the audience. Not a single person said that it's a bad thing to move a hand from one's heart to an audience -- and his hand was not pointing to the audience. As I already noted,
> he just pulled a "leftists call everyone a Nazi" schtick
There is every reason to believe that he anticipated the reaction (which was far and wide, included numerous experts on Nazis, numerous members of the German and Jewish communities--with the notable exception of Jonathan Greenblatt of the ADL) and had his response planned.
And the disingenuous intellectual dishonesty of
> By equivocating a lack of moderation to being a Nazi
is immense but to be expected.
