that's almost a truism if you factor in inflation.

They (from the cases I know at least) already posted record profits with a lower inflation rate.

That's not how inflation works? Even if inflation was "lower" (eg. 1%), prices are still going up.

It's inflation, right?

People are playing a wage strategy in a capitalist system and losing? What else did we expect?
