You're trying too hard to play the role of the "aktually" guy. Assuming good intentions and taking a pass at replying would have been a better contribution to the discussion.
I'm not trying to be anything. It's very clear from context in stackghost's comment that their use of "weakly typed" meant "not statically typed". Berating someone for getting that "wrong" because they didn't use the same definition of "weakly typed" seemed unnecessary.
