That isn't a mistake AI would make though -- it's something a human would accidentally do when replacing em dashes with hyphens

Which they would do if the text was LLM-generated and they wanted to disguise that fact. Or have a vibe-coded script to do the same.

I mean, any way you slice it, writing 'audio-like music' prominently in your blog is amateur hour.

It could have been a human trying to justify their existence. "no no, I wrote this ad copy myself: look, no em-dashes!".
