This kind of stuff really feels like knowledge that probably shouldn't be offload to AI but rather learned and practiced. Again, I don't have a bunker in my backyard but seems like a weird use case.

Throwing out food that was at 6 °C for 2 hours without tasting it is really paranoid, the answer should be "it depends". If not following government advice/requirements on safe storage conditions (which is tailored to high risk populations) meant certain illness then I would be seriously ill at least once a week, but I've never been.
I would be waaaay more worried about catching a norovirus from someone who didn't wash their hands than raw meat being kept at 4-8C for 12h.
It is also really dumb to do that if there isn't an emergency
The UK government has been pushing hard for the public to stock enough food and water for at least 3 days. We have weeks of supplies.
My huge worry is that the country will run out of LNG due to the ongoing war in Iran, Qatar being offline, and Europe not having enough LNG in storage. Plus, a lot of weird weather due to El Niño.
Is an emergency LLM really going to make a difference? Probably not, but I have one on my desktop computer anyways.
Same with food. NONE of this type of preparation is difficult, very space / time consuming, or expensive.
As for the LNG situation: worst case is do without heating. Totally doable in UK climate; extra layers of clothing & blankets / sleeping bags do the job (been there, done that in the NL).
Remember we're talking getting through a crisis, not comfort. Although you can have both with more prep work.
If suddenly there's not enough LNG to go around, there will likely be rolling blackouts. So much more of an issue than no heat.
Books are pretty damn good and don't need 500W of GPU
This is more of a "preserve the knowledge of mankind for the survivors" type of archive.
