It came from her own AIS, but only for about 10 hours. I checked my archives and she typed USNY at 6:50 PM Eastern on Oct 22, then switched to FOR ORDERS at 4:29 AM on Oct 23 and was still on it Oct 28. So the senator's letter may be out of date, and Brazil is as open as anywhere.
