You haven't "solved" anything, as the position of the sun is not more relevant to the modern lifestyle than the phase of the moon. It's "good to know" I guess but solves no actual issue.

It is your lifestyle son. I don't care what-o-clock it is. I just try to stay awake when sun is up. In northern latitudes it is vitally important, they say. Or rather youtube-doctor Andrew Huberman says.

Not sure why you're wearing a watch then? You can just look outside.

I need a watch because the kids start school at 8, so they need to be up at 7. This is true whether the sun is already up (June) or not (December.)
