Laws of Human Stupidity

""Law 3. A stupid person is a person who causes losses to another person or group of people when he or she does not benefit and may even suffer losses.""

Well what if the group or the person are causing loss to that person because they benefit from it. Retaliation would demand that the person do something even though they can suffer losses.

"A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools."

Douglas Adams

There are many ways a person can benefit other than financially which wholly undermines law 3.
