I find it more difficult to get into "flow state" as the AI agents are continuously "distracting" me. Similarly to managing a team of 5 excellent engineers with poor communication boundaries.
Also, trying to put more and more focus time, in which I don't allow myself to use AI.
I find it very rewarding.
