The article talks about how starship currently only had adapters to launch their sats and no one else's and is not designed currently to launch crew. Which I guess is speculation to be honest but the article also mentions they currently have no contracts with anyone but themselves.

There's contracts with the Italian government, starlab and a ridiculously large satellite telescope that's custom made for starship.

They also put down a deposit for a roadster.

That's just baseless speculation on part of the author of the article

Starship just recently had it's first flight with some cargo on-board, it's still early to make claims that it's not ready enough for NASA

Let them get it working properly first, then they'll work out the rest of the details

As said, article written in bad faith
