I agree with that, but it's still shocking to me that somebody in such an important role can sound so unprofessional.

What's wrong with Proton Mail? I have heard it being suggested as an alternative to Gmail, but don't know anything beyond it.

Proton have been in the news in the last 2 days, bad executive behaviour to the extent that and some see signs of AI psychosis.

The 404 media link is in a comment unthread, reading it does give me the impression that I should avoid the company.
