Well, this thread is about a temper tantrum specifically.

Most of those things are internal US politics anyway and while certainly unpleasant to observe as an EU citizen, they just aren't salient on this side of the pond the same way that his international diplomatic efforts are.

I can believe that the head of state of a powerful industrial nation is a massive crook, criminal, terrible human being, what have you. But a toddler who shits his pants with liquid excrement and thinks it's an assertion of dominance? That's beyond my suspension of disbelief.

It's been one of the biggest ways the media has helped him since the beginning. (Including outlets supposedly on the "left".) They spend so much time on how he's a terrible human being that it helps obscure that he is grossly incompetent and unfit to lead anything, much less a country.

Even now, it seems like more time is spent on his looks or his health or his pettiness than on his crimes and his destruction.

Well you can see how, the 100% factual post you replied to, is being downvoted by the MAGA crowd here.

To be fair it's a non-political post with a political title which invited a conversation/argument completely unrelated to the contents. I'm not against politics here but this is exactly the low quality flame bait that this site would be better without.
