Thanks. Let's look at few pieces of public information on North Korea's APT groups.

These seem dated, >5 years, but don't seem to indicate a level of sophistication needed for the heist.

The reports do touch on laundering the coins, but that still wouldn't excuse the "there will be signs" related to a large influx of monetary resources right?

I think even using AI agent under sophisticated op-sec and the required compute and resources and expertise don't exist in NK to pull of this heist. It requires a sophistication that North Korea's simply isn't able to provide even the education for.

Even with advanced agent frameworks, this level of attack is beyond their capabilities. Stuxnet level sophistication was shown to be only possible for Israel and the USA in co-operation.

But why would a nation like the USA attack a company whose CEO they have just pardoned and that endorses crypto and crypto-stocks that much as of now?

Israel on the contrary needs new artillery and money to support their wars to be continued. The offensives they want to continue against all their neighbors cost a lot of money. But I want to be careful here, since there's proof required. The question now is howto follow the money? I think we need our hacker friends to watch the money-flow: Jim Browning, Pierogi/Scammer Payback, Ryan Montgomery/Zero Day. Curious who else would be best to doxx and find out the truth.

You obviously have an agenda here (possibly with Qatari sponsorship - but I would be careful of making claims without proof).

Dude, I'm german, that's so far stretched, it's more realistic you're sponsored, as I'm not hiding behind a new account. Also it's just deductions from knowns, nothing far stretched. Why be so sensitive about Israel? I don't care if Quatar, Saudi or whatever country is the actual Hacker behind, as long as it's evident and meaningful to catch them inflagranti.

Ok, funny I just met an Isreali in person yesterday and he said they are in war. He's from Tel Aviv, guess a first hand source is more trustable than an anon defending israel and claiming they're in peace..

The conclusions made prior by OP are thoughtful and it strictly makes North Korea quite implausible as the "Binance Hacker". Leaves us with Isreal. Saudi and Quatar are so damn weak in Cybersec, I haven't even heard of any of those countries doing any meaningful operation ever in the media, but to be honest I don't follow what they do either.
