Electricity Prices Based on Average Percentage Votes for Democrats in Elections

I'd want to see a much stronger argument this is specific to electricity prices and not more strongly correlated to e.g. the number of prickles on a cactus bought at Costco, or incidence of coughing in Cinemas during flu season.

If the general point is "Democrat voters are more exposed to risks of cost inflation in public utilities" I could understand the thinking.
