I'm looking for a remote role and getting ignoed by my connections

I left my job on 30th Aug and started looking for a new role from this month (Oct). I don't have a lot of connections like other but a few of them I know or worked with them personally.

The fun fact is they left my message on seen. Didn't even reply. I got replies from strangers but not from the ones I worked with or helped.

Learned a lot. Hoping that I will soon land a job and then re-think about my connections.
