Pretty much impossible. Humans are born knowing almost nothing at all, just a little bit of base animal functionality. So, nature really makes them dumb as possible from birth so our fat heads can fit out the birth canal.

I know this is not what you meant, but it does have multiple interpretations depending on how you turn it.
