For Mediterranean people:
"Francesca drives her car into the park with hazards lights on"
Does this violate the rule?
"Francesca drives her car into the park with hazards lights on"
Does this violate the rule?
It only asks two questions, strictly: is it a vehicle, and is it in the park.
So yes, francesca's car being a vehicle and in the park is a violation.
no, it asks if the rule is violated in each situation
I think you missed their joke :) the joke is that in europe (hence the Mediterranean) people often use "hazards on" as a justification for parking / stopping anywhere, especially where they aren't allowed to.
