The 10th Amendment exists, and regulation of gambling and/or financial futures are definitely not in the constitution

The Founders didn’t exactly anticipate the internet. If states can place restrictions on certain types of speech (eg porn or abortion advocacy) they can certainly place restrictions on gamblers within their borders

This is a matter of whether the state laws violate the constitution.

Again these two things are not like each other.
