Had that with AI "support" bots as well, friendly, helpful, and completely useless. Took me longer to figure out how to get the clanker to put me through to a human who could understand what I needed than it did to actually solve the problem.
yeah, they are such a time waste. having the right buttons is probably quicker and more useful than an AI agent.
