There's no such thing as sysadmins anymore. I would be expected to solve this in an afternoon back in the day, and if it was really that complicated, maybe a week, and I would get to loop in some of the dev team.

If I took a bit more than that, I would be constantly harassed about how much the dev team's hours cost. The same team that has become table tennis experts and shows up 2 days a week.
