I use a supervising agent, so if my sleeping agent has insomnia, the supervisor puts it back to sleep. It's helpful to have the supervisor put on relaxing music or read it something boring [1].

Even if they're parody (this one is), there are enough people now who take them seriously and put them into practice. I have never seen any other tech that surfaces that amount of idiocy.
