Uhh... no ... why would it? If a company wants the job done, they better provide the tokens, otherwise the jobs not getting done. Nobody is going to spend 5 days on a task when they can wait 5 days and do it in 5 minutes.
I mean that most likely companies start to offer tokens as perks when hiring people or as bonus
